Why ALZN Consulting?
With over 20 years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives across the private, public and nonprofit sectors, Anita Huang Teshima founded ALZN Consulting Inc. in 2023 with the goal of using her extensive digital transformation skills and experiences, in a "tech for good" capacity, to serve our communities and simplify lives.
As a certified PMP® and PMI-ACP® professional, Anita has extensive experience successfully leading organizational and digital transformation, change management, and operational excellence initiatives, and has driven many strategic and technical initiatives from concept to implementation and adoption, demonstrating continuous improvements.
Anita has planned for and executed successfully on digital transformation initiatives with diverse organizations, ranging from enterprise to small and medium-sized businesses, including IBM and Varicent, a SaaS company; Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal governments; and the Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network (NTEN).
These experiences, together with Anita's 10 years of nonprofit Board governance experience, has enabled her to gain valuable skills and insights to tackle complex business problems, and navigate the uncertainties of digital transformation to deliver meaningful, impactful results.
Anita has been recognized with various awards that showcase her commitment to innovation, inclusion, and strategic planning (with execution!) to deliver tangible outcomes.
